Filled with dainty pink roses, this lovely vase paints up quickly to hold a bouquet for Grandma or a special Auntie.
What you'll need for the vase
- Rosebud vase
- Paintbrush
- Pink, green and white glass paints
- Gold glitter dimensional paint pen
- Assorted pink and green beads
- Gold cord
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the vase. Avoid touching the areas to be painted.
2. To paint flowers around the vase, dip the handle end of the paintbrush into the paint and dot it onto the surface of the vase. When the paint is dry, dot a smaller white dot in the center of each flower. Paint small green leaves at the top and bottom of each flower.
3. Bake the painted vase in the oven if instructed by the paint manufacturer. Let the vase cool.
4. Paint designs on the vase as desired by making dots with glitter paint pen. Let the pain dry.
5. String beads onto the cord and knot the cord ends. Tie the cord around the neck of the vase.
